How it works

1) 15-minute fit check
Scope, constraints, timeline, and who reviews PRs.
2) Access + first ticket
Repo, AWS access, env vars, and a clear first task.
3) Delivery loop
Ship in small PRs. Written updates. No status theatre.
4) Handover
Short README notes, runbooks if needed, and clean cut-off.

What I need from you

  • A single point of contact who can answer questions quickly
  • Access to repo + CI + AWS account (least privilege is fine)
  • A shortlist of priorities (3–10 items) with a definition of done
  • Someone to review PRs within 24 hours (or I’ll merge with your rules)

  • AWS: Lambda, API Gateway, SQS, EventBridge, Cognito, S3, CloudWatch
  • Infra: AWS CDK (TypeScript)
  • Backend: Node.js / TypeScript, REST
  • Frontend: React, TypeScript
  • DB: Dynamo, Postgres (incl. Supabase), and pragmatically whatever you already run
  • CI/CD: GitHub Actions

Boundaries

  • No unpaid tests. If you need proof, do a discounted paid 1–2 day trial.
  • If your process is 4+ interviews, we’re not a match.
  • I don’t join political projects with unclear ownership.
  • I will say “no” when the right move is “don’t build this.”
